Overview
An event is more than the program. The energy in the room, spontaneous conversations, and small details are part of its identity.
The challenge
Important moments unfold quickly. A thoughtful shooting plan needs to leave room for the unexpected without interrupting the experience.
The approach
Blend establishing shots, stage moments, audience reactions, movement, and atmospheric details. Film with both a main piece and shorter edits in mind.
The intended result
A film that preserves the feeling of the occasion and provides flexible storytelling material for future use.
